Baked Corn

I got this recipe out of the Parade Magazine on Sunday and thought I would try it out! Here is what you need:

1 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 15-oz. can of corn (whole & drained)
2 eggs (well beaten)
Before
Boil 3/4 cup milk w/ butter & sugar. Dissolve flour in 1/4 cup milk. Pour flour mixture into milk mixture to make a thin white sauce. Add this to the drained corn in a 1-1.5 quart Pyrex loaf pan. Mix the eggs and add to loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.

After

It says that it serves 4 but with our appetites it serves 2!! I would say make 2 of these at a time because it is yummy!!! I am glad that I tried it and now you can too!
